When booking your stay at Villa Eliza, it's important to be aware of the deposit requirements. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit must be made within the next 2 hours after booking. This deposit serves as a guarantee of your reservation and is applied towards the total cost of your stay. If the deposit is not made within 2 hours of booking, the reservation may be lost, so it's important to act promptly.
This policy helps ensure that the Villa remains available for guests who are committed to their bookings, and also gives you peace of mind knowing that your stay is secure. So, be sure to make the necessary deposit within the required time frame to ensure that you can enjoy your perfect beach holiday at Villa Eliza.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival, but this will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage to the property.
Check-in
Check-in and check-out times at Villa Eliza are flexible: check-in time is 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM and check-out is 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Street parking is available for guests.
The minimum age for check-in is 21, and children must be accompanied by their parents.
